NJ PALMYRA — Palmyra Borough Council approves $2.3M in September bills and 16 resolutions unanimously. The single motion vote included $24,747.81 to All Covered, IT Services for firewall and network equipment replacement; $606,023.50 to Pioneer General Contracting Co. for the 2026 NJDOT Road Program; and three engineering services contracts totaling $63,500 to Environmental Resolutions Inc. The Council also approved $234,764 in New Jersey Department of Transportation funding for street improvements on Memorial, Jefferson, and Legion avenues and rejected all bids for the Blower Building Airline Modification Project at the wastewater plant, ordering a rebid.
