Council backs Pamarco redevelopment plan for affordable housing

NJ PALMYRA — Palmyra Council unanimously backs Pamarco redevelopment, opening path to affordable housing. Under Ordinance 2026-04 now set for public hearing May 4, the borough approved the redevelopment plan for the Pamarco and Armotek Industries site per Land Use Board recommendation. The council also unanimously enacted nine resolutions allocating more than $800,000 in infrastructure and equipment: $589,513 to Earle Asphalt for NJDOT road work, $133,150 to Pioneer General for stormwater upgrades, $60,070 to DiMeglio for sewer repairs, and $89,492 to Winner Ford for a Public Works vehicle.
Mason Waldman was appointed to the Fire Department.
